Life can be complex and messy, and it is completely normal to feel overwhelmed. Know that you’re not alone in that. I want to help you stop feeling bad about feeling bad and, instead, find out what it would take for you to feel better.
Your strengths are unique to you, and the approach we take in therapy will be too. Over the last 18 years of working with kids, adolescents, and adults, I’ve built a toolbox full of methods and tools that can be tailored to suit you and your goals. We’ll work together to find what works best for you, equipping you with skills and strategies to stay in the present, ground yourself in what is true, and quiet anxious thoughts. I’ll support and assist you as you put those things into practice in your life, even between our weekly sessions if needed. Then, you’ll be able to feel more connected to the things that bring you joy and live a life that feels authentically yours.
